NA-Mfg has an exclusive manufacturing facility to make the Custom designed “ Pulleys and Sheaves “ which are used in various industries for power transmission applications.  We are equipped with an end to the end manufacturing facility, where we can make the various range of Pulleys and Sheaves, Timing Pulley, Poly V Pulley, Taper Bush Pulley, SPA / SPB / SPC / SPZ – Pulley, Sprockets and Coupling.

Our manufacturing facility consists of world-class CNC machines for Turning, VMC, Cylindrical grinding, By using this facility we can make the custom-designed Pulleys with the accuracy of +/- 0.005 mm ( 0.00019” ) with a Ra value of 0.8 ( 32.0 Micro inch ) followed by the post process, we have a world-class quality lab to check the Liner and Geometrics dimensions

We produce  custom-designed Pulleys and the size range will be Max 1200.00 mm ( 47.0”) and the width of 350.00mm ( 13.78”)

We outsource the surface coatings
